Cocktail Recipes

On this page I will show recipes that I tried myself and that are easy to make. I will strictly only use ingredients that are easily available in the Philippines for a reasonable price.

Mabuhay Manila Cocktail

A fresh tropical cocktail which gets the best out of the classic Paradise Mango Liqueur. Works also without the Grenadine.

How to make it

Pour all the ingredients into a tall glass and mix the bottom with a long spoon. Add some ice.

Piña Colada Cocktail

A tropical blend of rich coconut cream, Zabana White Rum or Palawan Blanco Rum and tangy pineapple – serve with a slice of pineapple for presentation.

How to make it

Extract the coconut milk from the grinded coconut. Add the pineapple juice and white rum and mix it thoroughly. You may use a blender, if available. Serve in a cocktail glass, decorated with a pineapple slice.

Tom Collins Cocktail

Master the art of the classic Tom Collins cocktail. Gin, lemon, sugar syrup and soda water are the only ingredients you need.

How to make it

Simply fill all ingredients into a shaker, mix very well and serve with plenty of ice and a slice of lemon.

Sparkling Paradise Cocktail

A great way to create a sparkling drink with the delicious Paradise Mango Liqueur.

How to make it

Fill ingredients into a glass, mix well and add ice. You can add some water to reduce the sweetness.
