A tropical blend of rich coconut cream, white rum and tangy pineapple – serve with a slice of pineapple for presentation.
1 small grinded coconut (or 50ml coconut cream)
100ml pineapple juice
50ml white rum
1 pineapple slice for garnish
How to make it
Extract the coconut milk from the grinded coconut. Add the pineapple juice and white rum and mix it thoroughly. You may use a blender, if available. Serve in a cocktail glass, decorated with a pineapple slice.
